Zig Zag Vents are self-cleaning and feature an opening rate of more than 43%. Using these vents will solve the problem of clogging which can affect the continuous operation of a core moulding machine during no-bake moulding. The 43% opening rate (compared to an average of 13% for slotted vents and 30% for screen vents) results in more effective an efficient venting.
To prevent rust and achieve easy mold release, a surface treatment is applied.
The wave type “Super Vent” uses a wave-shaped, self-cleaning structure.
The other types also use thin head plates, resulting in a structure to which sand does not easily adhere.
